Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
At Delivery
Inspect your order while the courier is with you — they'll wait up to 5 minutes. If you'd like to return it on the spot, simply hand it back and DM us right away. You won't be charged for the item, though delivery fees apply.
After Delivery
Changed your mind? DM us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return via courier. Return and delivery fees are covered by the customer.
Exchanges
At Delivery
Want a different size or color? Hand the item back to the courier and DM us — we'll get the new one out to you. Delivery fees apply twice: for the original and the replacement delivery.
After Delivery
DM us within 3 days of delivery to exchange your item. Send it back via courier and we'll ship your new piece. Return and delivery fees are covered by the customer.
A few things to note
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- Return pick up can take up to 3-5 business days, so please bear with us!
